Service Description

This is a great option if you want to take your technique to the next level. Dancer can suggest working on specific moves they are struggling or skills they want to hone. It is also a way a dancer can progress their strength for Pre-Pointe, Pointe, or a Ballet Competition Dance. This is a full one hour ballet class. Student will practice at the barre for 30mins, center/across the floor for 15mins, and learn a ballet combination for 15mins. Recommendations for strengthening exercise to improve technique will be shown and given. A note
