Service Description

Private Lesson including exercises at the barre, on matt, with core, and balancing exercises tailored to your specific needs! If wanting more of a dance lesson you can receive a technique lesson in Jazz, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary/ Modern, Hip Hop or Lyrical. All exercises can be modified or done seated. I can set you up with exercises you can try at home when you are confident and ready! As always please consult Dr. before begging any exercise routine and make us aware of any new or worsening conditions. You must sign a waiver by registering for the adult ballet class.

Cancelation Policy

Please cancel on WIX between 3-24 hours before class is scheduled and reschedule at your convenience. This allows the teacher enough notice so they don’t drive to the studio and back. Also the teacher spends time creating the individualized curriculum so if there is a no show, then the student or guardian must pay for the class. Please book at least 3 days in advance, but you may call to book after 3 days prior to the date, but spot not guaranteed due to scheduling/ planing lessons.
